Special Family Event to celebrate Dads!

We're having a special family event to celebrate dads on Saturday 29 June, 11am-12noon at Craigmillar Library. Zoolab will bring along real live animals and insects for their 'Senses and Textures' event.

Storyteller Eric Brennan will be leading songs and stories and there will be a gift book for every child who comes along. The event is for dads, granddads, uncles and children under 4.

Baby and Toddler Rhymetimes

Baby and Toddler Rhymetimes take place every Tuesday, 11am-12noon in Craigmillar Library, even during the holidays if the library is open!

East Neighbourhood Centre and Craigmillar Library

There are lots of rhymes, songs and stories for children under 4 and their parents/carers. Children also get a free snack. Older siblings are also welcome to come along.

Saturday Storytimes

Storyteller Eric Brennan is our Storyteller in Residence and he leads a storytelling workshop at our monthly Saturday Storytime. Storytimes take place on the last Saturday of the month. This event is for mums, dads, carers and children under 4. Everyone is invited to join in with creating our own stories! Children get a juice and a snack and older siblings are welcome to come along.

Rhymetime at the Edinburgh International Book Festival

Come along to our favourite songs and rhymes event at the Edinburgh International Book Festival:

These are free events but you need to book tickets in advance.

Monthly Polish Rhymetimes at Craigmillar Library

Polish Rhymetimes take place on the last Wednesday of the month at 10am.
